Boho Planners, trading as The Glow Up Planner, is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. That means we decide why and how your personal data is used. You can reach us at support@theglowupplanner.com.

• Contact details (name, email address) — to deliver your download, send your receipt and provide support. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Order information (products purchased, order reference, country for tax) — to fulfil and account for your order. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests in supporting our customers.
• Usage and device data (pages viewed, approximate location, IP address, browser type) — to keep the site secure and improve our products. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing preferences — if you opt in to emails about new planners. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.

We never see or store your full card details. Payment data is collected and processed by Paddle.

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record, for the sale of our products, payments, invoicing, tax compliance and refunds.
• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, file delivery, email and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where needed.
• Authorities — where we are required to disclose by law.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses as appropriate safeguards.

We keep order and tax records for as long as required by law (typically 6–7 years), and support and marketing data until it is no longer needed or you ask us to delete it, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
