Refund Policy

Everything sold by Boho Planners (trading as The Glow Up Planner) is a digital download that you receive immediately after checkout. Because the files are delivered right away, we ask that you review the product description and previews before you buy.

If something isn't right with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of your order date. This covers the checkout processing fee and any optional add-ons you purchased.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at support@theglowupplanner.com and we'll help you through it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Once a refund is issued, your licence to use the refunded files ends and any download links for that order are deactivated. Paddle's Refund Policy also applies to every order.
