Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Glow Up Planner website and the digital planner products sold through it (the "Products"). The Products are provided by Boho Planners ("we", "us", "our"), trading as The Glow Up Planner. By purchasing, downloading or continuing to use our Products or website, you agree to these terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement.

Our Products are downloadable digital files (PDF planners, spreadsheet templates, PNG sticker packs, covers and tutorial videos). They are delivered instantly by download link after checkout. No physical goods are shipped. You are responsible for having a compatible app (for example GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, a spreadsheet app or any PDF annotation app) and a device capable of opening the files.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Products for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sub-license, publish or claim authorship of the files, in whole or in part, and you may not circumvent any technical limits. All intellectual property in the Products, the website, the branding and the documentation remains ours.

You agree not to misuse the website or Products, including by:

• using them for any unlawful purpose;
• committing fraud, spam or misrepresentation;
• infringing the intellectual property rights of us or anyone else;
• interfering with security — uploading malware, probing, scanning or scraping the site.

You must keep your account and download details confidential and provide accurate information at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, applicable taxes, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available. Our planner is offered free of charge; a small non-refundable-style processing fee and any optional add-ons you select are charged at checkout, as displayed in your cart before you pay.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We aim to keep the website and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or Products if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. On termination, your licence to use the Products ends.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Products or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Boho Planners is established, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
